Marino Cvetković Sports Hall

Opatija’s new sports hall (opened in 2013) hosts not only sports events but also major town spectacles, ranging from music festivals and concerts to fairs and business events. It is located right at the entrance to the centre of Opatija and is just a short walking distance or few minutes’ drive from most hotels in the town.

The hall covers an area of 1,650 m2 that can be used as an exhibition space. For concerts and similar events, the telescopic stands can seat up to 1,217 spectators, but in this case the available surface is reduced to 1,450 m2. Next to the main hall, there is a smaller hall that can be used as a conference hall for lectures, meetings and workshops for up to 200 participants. Both halls have natural light, and there is a spacious terrace in front of the building, perfect for formal opening ceremonies or receptions. In the hall there is also a small meeting room for up to 20 participants.

The property has an underground garage for 140 cars, and an à la carte restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine. An electric vehicle charging station is located nearby.
